An evening of great company, outstanding food, lots of wine and of course Mr. Buff - it was perfect. Thank you for being a part of it and cooking us the most delicious meal. The food was incredible, you are a brilliant chef! The trip to Borough Market was excellent as Spencer knows a lot of the suppliers and is extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients we were buying, which was great for me as I like to advise my clients about nutrition and where to get good quality produce. The cooking was great fun. Spencer started with teaching us some knife skills - I think Gordon was a bit scared as mine leave a lot to be desired! I wanted to learn how to make some healthy seafood dishes and the trio we learnt are definitely ones I feel I could replicate again. The tuna carpaccio was amazing and it was great to learn how to prepare the scallops and the crab meat too (sorry if I left any shell in guys!) All in all it was a huge success!
